Each hair pin is made with 10 gauge solid copper wire. Unsealed, so it will naturally darken further and develop an aged patina over time. Lemon juice and salt cleans up copper nicely! (Results will vary depending on the thickness and length of your own hair, and additional pins or hair ties may be required for certain hairstyles.)
