* 10 gauge solid metals. The brass and bronze are professional quality jewelrymaking materials. All bare, bright metals will develop an aged patina over time. This can be cleaned up with vinegar/lemon juice or by buffing lightly with a mild abrasive such as 0000 steel wool or a scotch brite pad.
*The legs have been hammered with a rustic notched texture on both sides for better grab and hold in the hair.
